Small Teasel
Dipsacus pilosus
This biennial wildflower is not a particularly common sight in the UK and is mainly found in shaded woodlands. It is slightly smaller and somewhat less spikey than Common Teasel and has different flowerheads which are more globelike. The globular flowerheads are comprised of tightly packed creamy white flowers.
