Musk Mallow
Malva moschata
A native wildflower that is typically associated with marginal areas such as roadsides, field margins and hedgerows. It produces beautiful pale pink flowers which have a musky smell, hence the musk in its name. It is popular amongst pollinators and is the food source for caterpillars of the painted lady butterfly.
