Hairy St.John’s-wort
Hypericum hirsutum
This perennial wildflower is one of two Hypericum species that is hairy. It is found in grasslands, dappled woodlands and along hedgerows. Its flowers appear from July till September and boast a lovely, soft yellow across a five-petalled flower and sepals with tiny black dots.
