This low-growing, mat-forming, evergreen perennial is a much-loved UK mainstay and is most frequently seen in gardens and on lawns. The leaves grow as a basal rosette from which its yellow and white flowers emerge. The flowers have many white petals which are complemented by a soft yellow centre. It has a very long flowering period and provides colour almost all year round as well as aiding pollinators throughout the year.
